Process understanding and process framing
- Use available AI tools (such as generative AI for prompt\-based information retrieval and automated reporting) to assist in monitoring market trends and product updates,
- Support sales and pre\-sales teams by providing timely product information and insights
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure product support tools and resources are current and aligned with market requirements.
- Assist in preparing reports on market trends and product performance, incorporating AI\-generated data where appropriate, maintaining manual oversight and validation.
- Innovate and come up with new features and capabilities valued by customers in the product. Support the implementation of new product features, using AI\-driven market analysis and customer feedback as supplementary inputs.
- Facilitate communication between product management and other departments to ensure alignment on product strategies and process
- Come up with observations and ideas to enhance current process and handle with long term vision while execution
- Willingness to learn new skills and subject matters relevant for the role
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of product support tools and suggest incremental improvements based on performance metrics and user feedback.
