Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Full\-Stack Developer to join our team working on the i40 Shopfloor Analyzer, offering a challenging Data Analytics role in a global MES/Industry 4\.0 program.

This application delivers advanced data visualization and interactivity through dynamic charts, comprehensive tables, and intuitive filters while working with real\-time data using WebSockets.

This position involves developing and maintaining a user\-friendly, efficient, and scalable web interface, working on both frontend and backend aspects. You will collaborate closely with cross\-functional teams to deliver robust solutions that meet the demands of modern manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities

Frontend Development

• Developing User Interface: Design and implement user\-facing features using Angular for the i40 Shopfloor Analyzer.
• Building Reusable Code and Components: Write efficient and reusable code and components for the application.
• Creating Interactive Data Visualizations: Develop complex and interactive charts and graphs for data analysis.
• Implementing Feature\-Rich Tables: Create and enhance data tables with sorting, filtering, and pagination functionalities.
• Ensuring Cross\-Browser Compatibility: Optimize the application for maximum speed and compatibility across various devices and browsers.
• Styling with SCSS: Utilize SCSS for efficient and maintainable styling, and work with Angular Material to implement UI components.
• Handling Real\-Time Data: Implement and maintain real\-time data functionalities using WebSockets.

Backend Development

• Design, Develop, and Maintain: Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Python and FastAPI.
• Database Management: Manage and optimize databases including Redshift, MongoDB, MySQL, and AWS Aurora.
• API Development: Develop and integrate RESTful APIs to connect frontend applications with backend services.
• Cloud Integration: Work with AWS services such as ECS, EC2, S3, RDS, and Lambda for deploying and managing applications.
• Code Quality and Testing: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Implement unit tests and ensure high code quality standards.
• Performance Optimization: Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Troubleshooting and Debugging: Identify, troubleshoot, and fix bugs and performance issues.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all development work.

General Responsibilities

• Unit Testing and Quality Assurance: Write unit tests to maintain code quality and collaborate with QA teams to ensure the application meets all requirements.
• Collaborate with Cross\-Functional Teams: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to create a cohesive and effective product.
• Staying Updated with Latest Technologies: Keep up\-to\-date with the latest developments in Angular, Python, and related technologies to ensure our application remains cutting\-edge.

Requirements

Frontend Requirements

• Proven Experience: Minimum 4 years of professional experience in Angular development.
• Proficiency in Angular: Strong understanding of the Angular framework (version 14\.x), its core principles, and best practices.
• HTML/CSS/SCSS: Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3, and SCSS.
• JavaScript/TypeScript: Strong knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Experience with Data Visualization: Expertise in creating interactive and complex charts and graphs.
• Experience with Data Tables: Skilled in implementing and enhancing data tables with features like sorting, filtering, and pagination.
• RESTful APIs: Experience in consuming RESTful APIs and integrating them into the Angular application.
• Real\-Time Data: Experience with real\-time data handling using WebSockets.
• Angular Material: Proficiency in using Angular Material for implementing UI components.
• Version Control with GitHub: Proficiency with GitHub for version control is a must\-have.

Backend Requirements

• Web Framework (FastAPI): Proficiency in FastAPI for building high\-performance APIs with Python 3\.6\+.
• Database Management: Experience with managing and optimizing databases such as Redshift, MongoDB, MySQL, and AWS Aurora using tools like PyMongo.
• AWS SDK (boto3\): Experience using boto3 for interacting with AWS services.
• Core AWS Library (botocore): Understanding of botocore for low\-level AWS interactions.
• Data Validation (Pydantic): Expertise in Pydantic for data validation and settings management using Python type annotations.
• Numerical Computation (NumPy) and Data Manipulation (Pandas): Proficiency in using NumPy for numerical computations and Pandas for data analysis and manipulation.
• Machine Learning (Scikit\-learn): Knowledge of scikit\-learn for machine learning tasks.
• Web Server (Uvicorn and Gunicorn): Experience using Uvicorn as an ASGI web server implementation for Python and Gunicorn for deploying Python web applications.
• Cloud Integration: Work with AWS services such as ECS, EC2, S3, RDS, and Lambda for deploying and managing applications.
• Environment Management (python\-dotenv): Ability to manage environment variables using python\-dotenv.
• WebSocket Handling (websockets): Experience with the WebSocket library for building WebSocket servers and clients in Python.
• Documentation and Testing: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Implement unit tests and ensure high code quality standards, along with creating comprehensive documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree: In Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Automation Technology, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Practical Experience: Experience in the integration and processing of big data.
• Software Development Knowledge: Proficiency in programming with Angular, Python, AWS, Redshift, MySQL, Analytics, Machine Learning/AI, and Visualization technologies.
• Professional Experience: Experience in the IT environment, preferably with a production focus.
• Industrial IoT Knowledge: Familiarity with Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) concepts and applications.
• Agile/Scrum Methodologies: Experience working in Agile/Scrum development processes.
• Analytical and Problem\-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem\-solving abilities.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team environment with large global teams.
• Enthusiasm: Passion for information technology, data analytics, and production processes within the context of Industry 4\.0\.
• Willingness to Travel: Openness to international travel as required.

Pay: ₹800,000\.00 \- ₹1,800,000\.00 per year
