### **Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and results\-oriented Area Sales Manager (APF) to lead our sales operations within a designated geographical area. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and fostering strong relationships with clients and distributors. This role requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record in sales management and a deep understanding of the market dynamics.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets and expand market share within the assigned area.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives, providing ongoing training, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure high productivity and professional growth.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Build and maintain strong, long\-lasting relationships with key customers, distributors, and retailers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation and closing deals, ensuring efficient and effective sales processes.
• Oversee the management of distribution channels, ensuring optimal product availability, visibility, and timely delivery across the area.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses, presenting findings and recommendations to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, sales procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
• Identify and implement initiatives to improve sales efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall sales performance.
• Handle customer complaints and issues professionally and promptly, ensuring satisfactory resolutions.
