App Experience Analyst

• 2–4 years in e\-commerce app QA, UX research, product operations or catalogue quality
• A sharp eye for detail: you notice a wrong price or a broken filter before anyone else
• Clear, structured written English, with screenshots, impact and a suggested fix for every finding
• A heavy user of shopping and delivery apps who naturally compares experiences
• Comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets, Jira or similar trackers, and screen recording tools

• *Nice to have**

• B.Pharm or a pharmacy background
• Experience with UAE or GCC shopping apps
• A basic understanding of app analytics: funnels, conversion and search data

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
