• *Job Summary**

We are looking for a dynamic Application Engineer with experience in Injection Mold Design to support both pre\-sales and post\-sales activities. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in mold design, plastic product development, and customer interaction.

• *Pre\-Sales Activities**

• Understand customer requirements, mold design challenges, and manufacturing processes.
• Conduct technical presentations and live software demonstrations for prospective customers.
• Showcase mold design workflows, automation features, and productivity enhancements.
• Perform benchmark studies and comparative analyses to demonstrate software capabilities.
• Support the sales team during customer meetings, technical discussions, and proof\-of\-concept activities.
• Prepare technical reports, presentations, and solution proposals.

• *Post\-Sales Activities**

• Provide implementation support and onboarding assistance to customers.
• Conduct user training programs, workshops, and technical sessions.
• Assist customers in adopting best practices for mold design and product development.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal technical teams for advanced support requirements.

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications**

• Diploma/Degree in Tool Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Preferred educational background from NTTF, IGTR, CIPET, or equivalent institutes.
• 1–3 years of hands\-on experience in Injection Mold Design.

• *Strong Knowledge Of:**

• Injection molding processes
• Plastic part design
• Mold construction and tooling concepts
• Manufacturing and production processes

• *Technical Skills**

• Experience with CAD software such as NX, CATIA, or similar platforms.
• Good analytical and problem\-solving skills.
• Strong communication, presentation, and customer\-handling abilities.
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings, demonstrations, training, and support activities.

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
