Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize Sweet Goods formulations in **Dairy** in line with industrial standards and country\-specific regulations.
• Create innovative food concepts, showcasing creativity and technical expertise.
• Select, evaluate, and recommend appropriate flavour solutions, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, cost targets, client expectations, and application needs.
• Act as the technical point of contact for assigned key clients and categories; prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations.
• Lead and ensure effective project execution, coordinating with cross\-functional teams to meet timelines and objectives.
• Collaborate closely with Account Managers, Category Teams (Flavourists \& Marketing), and other internal departments to deliver customer\-focused solutions.

Qualification

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or a related discipline.

· Background in food or chemical industries (flavours, food ingredients, or raw materials).

· 3–4 years of relevant industry experience in food, ingredients, or chemical laboratory environments, preferably within Beverages, Dairy, Bakery, or Confectionery.

· Strong understanding of commercial requirements, including brief interpretation, value delivery, and cost considerations.

· Ability to manage multiple projects systematically and work effectively under tight deadlines.

· Excellent communication skills, with a collaborative, service\-oriented, and team\-focused approach.
