*About the Role** We are seeking a proactive and result\-driven **Appointment Generation Executive** to join our B2B sales team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in generating qualified leads and setting appointments with decision\-makers across international markets.
*Key Responsibilities** ∙Conduct research to identify potential clients and decision\-makers in the **B2B segment**. ∙Reach out to prospects via **cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn** to generate interest and schedule appointments. ∙Understand client requirements and effectively communicate the company’s products/services. ∙Maintain and update prospect information in the CRM system. ∙Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly **lead generation and appointment targets**. ∙Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads. ∙Track and report outreach activities, conversion rates, and pipeline status.
*Required Skills \& Experience** ∙**2\+ years** of experience as an Appointment Generation Executive or Business Development Executive in **B2B Sales / Lead Generation**. ∙Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written). ∙Experience working with international clients (US/UK/Europe/Middle East) preferred. ∙Proficiency in using CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email outreach tools. ∙Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a target\-driven environment.
