We are looking for a qualified Architect – Head of Department who can lead the design team, manage architectural projects, coordinate with clients, and ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the architecture department.
• Oversee architectural designs, drawings, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams.
• Review design concepts, layouts, and technical drawings.
• Monitor project timelines and deliverables.
• Ensure designs comply with applicable building regulations.
• Supervise and guide architects and design team members.
• Coordinate with engineering and construction teams.
• Review project progress and resolve design\-related issues.

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture.
• Relevant experience in architectural design and project management.
• Strong leadership and team\-management abilities.
• Knowledge of architectural drawings and design software.
• Good client\-handling and communication skills.
• Strong planning, coordination, and decision\-making abilities.

Pay: ₹60,000\.00 \- ₹75,000\.00 per month
