• Interact with international customers via phone, email, or chat to resolve service inquiries.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings and ensure quick resolution times.
• Log customer interactions and query details accurately in the CRM software.
• Adhere to international communication quality standards and protocol.

• *Requirements:**

• Higher Secondary (10\+2\) or Any Graduate degree.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• 0–2 years of customer service / BPO experience (freshers with great English are welcome).
• Ability to work comfortably during fixed day\-shift timings.
