Architect / Interior Designer

About the Role

Tod Innovations Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a talented and creative Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, technical knowledge, and experience in coordinating with clients, consultants, and project teams. The candidate will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing drawings, and ensuring successful project execution from design to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed design solutions.
• Prepare schematic designs, working drawings, GFC drawings, and construction documentation.
• Create 2D drawings, 3D models, renderings, and presentations.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Conduct site visits and monitor project progress to ensure design compliance.
• Review project specifications, BOQs, and material selections.
• Ensure adherence to local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and execution.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations.
• Resolve design and site\-related issues during project execution.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
• 0– 4 years of relevant experience in architectural design and project coordination.
• Knowledge in Basic Softwares like AutoCAD, Photoshop, and MS Office.
• Knowledge of building materials, construction techniques, and detailing.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in commercial, residential, hospitality, and interior fit\-out projects.
• Strong problem\-solving and coordination abilities.

Pay: ₹28,000\.00 \- ₹60,000\.00 per month
