Architect

• *Eligibility:** Only B.Arch and M.Arch graduates are eligible. Civil Engineering graduates and diploma holders are not eligible for this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural concepts, floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed working drawings.
• Develop 3D architectural models, renders, and presentation drawings.
• Prepare construction drawings and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and site teams.
• Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and ensure design compliance.
• Assist in material selection and architectural design development.
• Ensure compliance with building regulations and project specifications.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver projects within timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or Master's Degree in Architecture (M.Arch) from a recognised institution.
• 2–5 years of relevant architectural experience.
• Freshers with an exceptional architectural portfolio may also apply.
• Candidates with a B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or a Diploma in Civil Engineering are not eligible.
