We are looking for a talented and experienced Architect with a strong background in commercial interior design projects. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, presentation skills, with the ability to manage projects independently from concept to completion. This role requires creativity, technical expertise, and strong client\-facing capabilities.
- Manage project proposals from initiation to completion, including requirement gathering, project scope definition, and timeline planning.
- Develop innovative architectural and interior design concepts based on client requirements.
- Create detailed drawings, layouts, and design presentations.
- Interpret client needs and translate them into practical and aesthetically appealing design solutions.
- Prepare project budgets, pricing estimates, and program schedules.
- Conduct research on materials, products, and industry trends to support design decisions.
- Create design prototypes, mood boards, and presentations for client approval.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
- Collaborate closely with architects, designers, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Stay updated with industry developments, design trends, and best practices.
- Manage interior design projects including consultations, renovations, space planning, and new construction projects.
- Select and coordinate layouts, color schemes, lighting, materials, furniture, and installations.
- Ensure design quality, functionality, and compliance with project requirements.
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Head of Department from time to time.
Required Skills \& Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in architectural and interior design projects.
- Strong portfolio showcasing projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Outstanding presentation and client interaction skills.
- Strong articulation and stakeholder management abilities.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design, aesthetics, and space planning.
- Ability to manage projects from concept development through execution.

Pay: ₹40,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
