• *Job Description:**

We are looking for a creative and detail\-oriented **Architect** to join our dynamic team at our AC Market office. The selected candidate will play a vital role in designing and managing architecture projects, from concept development to execution.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Create architectural designs, plans, and working drawings.
• Coordinate with clients to understand design needs and incorporate feedback.
• Work with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other design software to develop high\-quality presentations and technical documents.
• Collaborate with project managers, site supervisors, engineers, and contractors.
• Ensure all work complies with relevant codes, safety standards, and project timelines.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design implementation.

• *Candidate Requirements:**

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent.
• 5–7 years of architectural experience preferred.
• Proficiency in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).
• Knowledge of building regulations, materials, and construction techniques.
• Strong problem\-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
