• *Key Responsibilities**

• *Design \& Concept Development**

• Lead projects from concept design to final execution
• Develop mood boards, material palettes, space planning, and design presentations
• Create detailed interior layouts, furniture layouts, ceiling plans, and elevation drawings
• Ensure designs align with project brief, brand identity, and client expectations
• Stay updated with global interior trends, materials, and luxury detailing

• *Technical \& Execution**

• Prepare detailed working drawings and GFCs
• Coordinate with consultants, vendors, contractors, and site teams
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor execution quality and progress
• Resolve on\-site design and technical challenges efficiently
• Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards

• *Client \& Team Coordination**

• Handle client meetings and presentations independently
• Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, and project managers
• Mentor junior designers and review design outputs
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously

• *Requirements**

• Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design or Architecture
• 3\-4 years of professional experience in interior design
• Strong portfolio showcasing residential, retail, commercial, or healthcare projects
• Proficiency in:
• AutoCAD
• SketchUp
• Lumion / Enscape / V\-Ray
• Adobe Photoshop
• MS Office
• Strong understanding of materials, detailing, lighting, and execution processes
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and lead projects end\-to\-end
