Architect (with Exp 1 year - 10 Years)

• **Client Consultation:** Meeting with clients to understand their needs, goals, and budgets for a project.
• **Design \& Development:** Creating initial concepts, sketches, and detailed drawings (blueprints) using BIM \& AutoCAD.
• **Technical Documentation:** Preparing specifications, budgets, and construction documents for bids and regulatory approval.
• **Project Management:** Overseeing projects from start to finish, managing teams, and ensuring timelines are met.
• **Collaboration:** Working closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals.
• **Site Visits:** Visiting construction sites to ensure work aligns with architectural plans and building codes.
• **Regulatory Compliance:** Ensuring designs meet zoning laws, building codes, and safety standards.
