About the Role

We are looking for a technically proficient and detail\-oriented Architectural Draftsman with 3–5 years of experience in an architectural firm.

The ideal candidate should have strong command over AutoCAD and SketchUp, along with practical knowledge of architectural detailing, 3D modelling, and construction documentation.

The candidate must be capable of translating architectural concepts and design inputs into accurate, detailed, and execution\-ready drawings.

We are looking for someone who understands not just design presentation, but also the technical aspects of architectural drawings and on\-site construction requirements

Key Responsibilities\-

1\. Architectural Drafting \& Construction Drawings\- Prepare detailed architectural drawings using AutoCAD.\- Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, door and window schedules, and staircase details.\- Prepare working drawings, construction drawings, and detailed architectural documentation.\- Develop wall sections, toilet details, kitchen layouts, flooring patterns, false\-ceiling layouts, and other architectural details.\- Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, electrical, plumbing, and other services drawings.\- Ensure dimensional accuracy, drawing standards, and consistency across all documentation.

2\. 3D Modelling \& Visualisation\- Create accurate 3D architectural models using SketchUp.\- Develop building massing, interior spaces, exterior elevations, and architectural elements.\- Produce 3D views and design presentations using suitable rendering software.\- Work with software such as V\-Ray, Enscape, Lumion, D5 Render, 3ds Max, or equivalent tools.\- Translate 2D drawings into accurate and presentable 3D models

3\. Design Development \& Detailing\- Understand architectural concepts and develop them into practical, buildable designs.\- Prepare detailed joinery, material, façade, and interior drawings as required.\- Incorporate design revisions and coordinate drawing updates.\- Assist senior architects in design development, detailing, and technical documentation.

4\. Coordination \& Site Support\- Coordinate with senior architects, consultants, contractors, and site teams.\- Address drawing\-related site queries and incorporate approved changes.\- Maintain drawing revisions, file organisation, and documentation standards.\- Ensure that drawings are clear, complete, and suitable for execution.

Mandatory Technical Skills\-

AutoCAD: Excellent command over 2D drafting, layers, blocks, dimensions, layouts, plotting, and construction documentation.\-

SketchUp: Strong command over 3D modelling, components, groups, scenes, materials, and architectural visualisation workflows.\- Construction Documentation: Practical experience preparing detailed architectural working drawings and execution drawings.\- Architectural Detailing:

Good understanding of building elements, dimensions, materials, junctions, and construction methods

Additional Software Skills Knowledge of one or more of the following will be an advantage:\- 3ds Max\- Revit\- ArchiCAD\- V\-Ray\- Enscape\- Lumion\- D5 Render\- Adobe Photoshop Experience with Maya or other 3D modelling software is welcome, provided the candidate can demonstrate relevant architectural modelling skills

.Eligibility \& Experience\- Diploma in Architecture.\- 3–5 years of relevant experience in an architectural firm.\- Proven experience in architectural working drawings and construction documentation.

\- Strong spatial understanding, technical accuracy, and attention to detail.\- Ability to work independently on assigned drawings and meet project deadlines.

\- Good communication and coordination skills.

Ideal Candidate Profile We are looking for a hands\-on technical professional who is passionate about architectural drafting, 3D modelling, and construction detailing. The candidate should be able to understand design intent, identify practical detailing requirements, and produce accurate drawings with minimal supervision.

Candidates with strong practical skills and a portfolio demonstrating actual working drawings and 3D modelling will be preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
