Job Description (JD) – Urology Sales Manager / Territory ManagerKey Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales targets in the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with urologists, nephrologists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Drive product awareness, new product introductions, and brand positioning activities.
- Conduct market analysis, competitor tracking, and customer mapping to identify business opportunities.
- Generate market insights and provide feedback to support strategic decision\-making.
- Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.
- Effectively manage territory coverage and maximize business potential within the assigned region.
- Maintain regular customer engagement through field visits, scientific discussions, and promotional activities.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 5\+ years of experience in Urology and/or Nephrology sales.Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.Strong analytical and problem\-solving capabilities.Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.Good understanding of the pharmaceutical market, competition, and customer dynamics.Proficiency in territory management and business planning.Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
