Area Business Manager – Education- Internal Hiring

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Ensure achievement of branch revenue and admission goals through effective regional marketing plans and business development initiatives.
• Supervise the end\-to\-end student engagement process, from lead generation and counselling to admissions, orientation, and ongoing support.
• Establish and maintain business relationships with school authorities, parents, educational institutions, and other key stakeholders to drive admissions.
• Plan and execute educational seminars, institutional visits, corporate outreach programmes, and local promotional campaigns to generate enquiries.
• Manage and mentor sales and operations teams, monitor business performance, review sales pipelines, and prepare MIS reports and monthly forecasts.
• Take responsibility for overall branch operations, ensure smooth coordination between departments, address customer concerns, and maintain service quality.

Pay: ₹80,000\.00 \- ₹110,000\.00 per month
