As an Area Manager with Alembic Pharmaceuticals in Gujarat, you will drive monthly sales targets and growth across product-wise and value-wise primary and secondary sales. You will manage territory profitability and work to increase or maintain brand market shares through effective resource planning, distribution management, customer relationship building, key opinion leader engagement, and expense control across all headquarters. Consolidating existing prescribers by developing relationships and focusing on new customer conversions to build brands in assigned headquarters areas is essential. You will ensure new product launch success by implementing division strategies and plan and execute conferences, RTMs, CMEs, and other required meetings.
