Area Manager – QSR (Key Responsibilities)

Manage and oversee operations of multiple QSR outlets within the assigned region.
Ensure achievement of sales, profitability, and operational targets.
Monitor daily business performance and drive revenue growth initiatives.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and brand standards.
Conduct regular outlet audits and operational reviews.
Analyze P\&L, food cost, labor cost, and other key business metrics.
Recruit, train, coach, and develop Outlet Managers and restaurant teams.
Ensure optimal staffing, manpower planning, and employee productivity.
Drive customer satisfaction and resolve escalated guest concerns.
Monitor inventory management, wastage control, and stock accuracy.
Coordinate with marketing teams for local store marketing and promotional activities.
Lead new store openings, staff deployment, and operational readiness.
Ensure compliance with statutory, labor, and safety regulations.
Implement action plans to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
Conduct performance reviews and succession planning for key team members.
Collaborate with HR, Procurement, Projects, Training, and Marketing teams.
Drive a culture of accountability, discipline, and operational excellence.
Submit periodic business reports, audits, and performance updates to management.
Ensure consistent guest experience across all outlets.
Support business expansion and scale\-up initiatives across the region.
