We are looking for an experienced **Area Manager** to **oversee multiple outlets around 19 \+**and ensure operational excellence, profitability, and customer satisfaction. The candidate should have strong leadership skills and proven experience in managing multi\-unit operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the day\-to\-day operations of multiple outlets within the assigned area.
Drive sales growth, profitability, and achievement of business targets.
Ensure consistent implementation of SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and service standards.
Monitor outlet performance through regular audits and reviews.
Lead, train, and develop Restaurant Managers and outlet teams.
Manage manpower planning, staffing, and employee engagement.
Control operational costs, wastage, and inventory levels.
Handle customer escalations and ensure excellent guest satisfaction.
Analyze sales reports, KPIs, and operational metrics to improve performance.
Coordinate with HR, Finance, Procurement, and Marketing teams.
Requirements
**8–10\+ years of experience** in QSR, Restaurant, Café, or Cloud Kitchen operations.
Experience in handling **multiple outlets/cluster operations**.
Strong leadership, team management, and coaching skills.
Excellent communication and problem\-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast\-paced, target\-driven environment.
Preferred
Experience with leading QSR or restaurant chains.
Strong understanding of P\&L management and business operations.
