We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive with proven experience in B2B sales to prospective clients, build lasting relationships, and generate enquiries for our manufactured products. This field\-based role offers a competitive package with performance incentives in a fast paced construction equipment environment.
- **Key Responsibilities***
- Identify and meet prospective clients in assigned territory to promote company products.
- Build and nurture long\-term client relationships to generate consistent enquiries.
- Achieve sales targets through proactive outreach, presentations, and follow\-ups.
- Collaborate with internal teams to convert enquiries into orders.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and sales pipeline.
- Minimum 2 years of hands\-on sales experience in relevant industries such as Ready Mix Concrete, Construction Equipment or Steel sector.
- Graduation required; MBA or post\-graduates preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship\-building skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel for tracking leads and performance.
- Own vehicle preferred for field visits.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Eastern India.
