Senior Sales Executive – Polymer Raw Materials

Job Summary
Charu Overseas is seeking a dynamic and result\-oriented Senior Sales Executive to drive business growth in the polymer raw materials segment. The candidate will be responsible for developing new customers, managing existing accounts, and promoting commodity and engineering polymers across various industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities and generate leads through customer visits, networking, and market research.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing customers.
- Promote and sell commodity polymers such as PP, PE, PPCP, HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE, etc.
- Promote engineering polymers including ABS, SAN, GPPS, HIPS, PC, Nylon, and other specialty materials.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable polymer grades.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales orders.
- Conduct regular customer visits across Delhi NCR and nearby industrial areas.
- Follow up on inquiries, samples, quotations, and pending orders.
- Coordinate with suppliers, logistics, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Track market trends, polymer price movements, and competitor activities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Generate repeat business and increase share of business from existing customers.
- Resolve customer concerns and provide excellent after\-sales support.
- Submit daily/weekly sales reports to management.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/BBA preferred).
- 1\-5 years of experience in polymer, plastic raw material, masterbatch, chemical, packaging, or industrial product sales.
- Strong network within the plastics and polymer industry will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship\-building skills.
- Self\-motivated and target\-oriented.
- Willingness to travel extensively for customer meetings.
