1\. Lead Generation \& Prospecting

• Identify potential customers through calls, emails, visits, and networking
• Research market trends and customer needs
• Build and maintain a sales pipeline

2\. Customer Interaction \& Relationship Management

• Meet clients to understand their requirements
• Build long\-term relationships with new and existing customers
• Address customer queries and resolve complaints promptly

3\. Product/Service Presentation

• Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly
• Demonstrate products or give presentations when required
• Customize solutions based on customer needs

4\. Sales \& Negotiation

• Prepare quotations and proposals
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts
• Close sales deals to meet or exceed targets

5\. Market \& Competitor Analysis

• Monitor competitor activities and pricing
• Provide market feedback to management
• Identify new business opportunities

6\. Sales Reporting \& Documentation

• Maintain accurate sales records and customer data
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
• Update CRM systems regularly

7\. Coordination with Internal Teams

• Work with marketing, logistics, and finance teams
• Ensure timely delivery of products/services
• Support after\-sales service when needed

• Meet individual and team sales targets
• Contribute to company revenue growth
