Drive sales of E\-rickshaw batteries and electric scooters in assigned territory
Achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets
Appoint new distributors, dealers and sub\-dealers
Regular market visits and dealer relationship management
Generate orders and ensure timely dispatch and delivery
Handle collections and ensure minimum outstanding
Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis
Ensure proper branding and product visibility at dealer points
Resolve dealer complaints and service\-related issues
Daily reporting and MIS update to management Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
Monthly sales target achievement
Number of new dealers \& distributors appointed

2–5 years experience in EV / battery / automobile sales
Strong dealer network in local market preferred
Good communication and negotiation skills
Ability to travel extensively
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / reporting Skills Required
