Job Summary

Catalyst Education is looking for a dynamic and result\-oriented Area Sales Manager to lead and manage sales operations within the assigned area. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, proven experience in sales team management, and the ability to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth in the education sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team, including BDMs, Team Leaders, and Business Development Associates.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Monitor team performance, sales activities, lead conversion, and revenue generation.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's market presence.
• Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and sales training sessions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions and prospective customers.
• Ensure effective lead management, follow\-ups, and customer relationship management.
• Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Drive team productivity and ensure consistent achievement of business objectives.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the Education/EdTech industry.
• Prior experience in team handling and sales target management is mandatory.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem\-solving skills.
• Ability to develop sales strategies and manage multiple teams.
• Strong analytical skills and a target\-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned area as required.
