• *Job Description:**

We are looking for an experienced and result\-oriented Area Sales Manager (ASM) to drive sales growth and strengthen our Multi\-Brand Outlet (MBO) network in the assigned territory. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding market presence, managing distributor relationships, and ensuring effective execution of sales strategies.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
• Manage and expand the MBO distribution network.
• Identify and appoint new dealers, distributors, and retail partners.
• Monitor secondary sales and ensure healthy stock movement.
• Conduct regular market visits to strengthen retailer relationships.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Ensure effective implementation of sales schemes and promotional activities.
• Coordinate with merchandising, marketing, and operations teams for smooth business execution.
• Prepare sales reports, market feedback, and territory performance reviews.
• Drive product visibility and brand presence across the territory.

• *Requirements:**

• Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in Apparel, Fashion, Footwear, Lifestyle, or FMCG industry.
• Strong understanding of MBO sales and distribution management.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and market expansion.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and sales reporting.

Pay: ₹35,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
