We are looking for a proactive and result\-driven Area Sales Manager to lead sales operations across Rajasthan. The role involves driving business growth, strengthening distributor networks, expanding market presence, and ensuring achievement of sales targets within the assigned territory.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in channel sales, distributor management, market development, and team handling.
- Drive primary and secondary sales to achieve business targets.
- Manage and develop distributor and dealer networks across the assigned territory.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand product reach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Lead and support the field sales team to improve productivity and performance.
- Ensure effective implementation of sales and promotional activities.
- Track collections and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Prepare regular sales reports, market feedback, and business updates for management.
- 3–8 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in FMCG, Food Products, Consumer Goods, Agro, or related industries.
- Proven experience in distributor handling and territory management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to travel extensively within Rajasthan.
- Target\-oriented with a strong understanding of market dynamics.
