» Identify and develop new, untapped markets in rural and semi\-urban areas by appointing new dealers and distributors..
» Oversee the dealer/distributor network, ensuring smooth order processing, stock availability, and timely deliveries.
» Lead, train, and guide a team of Territory Sales Managers (TSM) or Sales Officers (SO) to maximize their on\-ground productivity
» Plan and execute local marketing activities, including farmer meetings, veterinary camps, and field demonstrations.
» Maintain accurate documentation of sales, area\-wise performance, and daily field activities to generate routine MIS reports
