Area Sales Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and result\-oriented Area Sales Manager to drive sales growth, expand market presence, and manage sales operations within the assigned territory. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and team management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Manage and expand the dealer, distributor, and customer network within the assigned area.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop long\-term customer relationships.
• Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
• Conduct regular market visits to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends.
• Ensure effective product promotion, order generation, and timely payment collection.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and territory performance reviews.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth business operations.
• Monitor sales performance and implement action plans to achieve business objectives.

Requirements \& Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing markets.
• Experience in dealer/distributor management and team leadership.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem\-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting tools.

Pay: ₹35,000\.00 \- ₹55,000\.00 per month
