Area Sales Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and target\-oriented Area Sales Manager to drive sales growth and expand our business across the assigned territory. The ideal candidate should have experience in field sales, customer relationship management, and business development, preferably in the education or technology industry.

Key Responsibilities

\- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

\- Identify and generate new business opportunities within the assigned territory.

\- Visit schools, colleges, educational institutions, and other potential clients to promote company products.

\- Promote and sell smart boards, projectors, laboratory setups, and other educational equipment.

\- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

\- Conduct regular field visits to understand customer requirements and market demand.

\- Generate leads, follow up with prospective clients, and convert leads into sales.

\- Prepare sales reports, maintain client databases, and provide regular updates to management.

\- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.

\- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with clients as per company policy.

\- Ensure timely follow\-ups, customer satisfaction, and achievement of assigned sales targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications

\- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

\- Experience in field sales, area sales, or business development is preferred.

\- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

\- Ability to identify new business opportunities and convert leads into sales.

\- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

\- Target\-oriented, self\-motivated, and capable of working independently.

\- Knowledge of the education or technology sector will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹16,000\.00 \- ₹27,000\.00 per month
