We are looking for graduates to join our team as **Area Sales Managers** to drive revenue through **direct sales** by **recruiting, training, and managing Dealer Network.**
· Graduates with 5 to 7 years of Sales \& Marketing experience.
· Direct sales \& Dealer Expansion and Development Experience Mandatory.
5 years of experience in appointing Dealers.
Ie. Insurance or Banking or experience in working with Broker \- sub channels, Telecom sector, etc
· Proven track record in managing indirect sales and partner networks
· Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship\-building skills
· Willingness to travel across regions
· Fluency in English and local language mandatory
· Natives of specified locations only need apply
