*About the Role:** We are looking for a passionate and result\-oriented Area Sales Manager (ASM) to lead and manage sales operations in **Guwahati** and nearby regions. The ASM will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding distribution, building strong retailer/wholesaler networks and ensuring the brand's presence in the cosmetics \& personal care market..
*Key Responsibilities:** Achieve monthly, quarterly sales targets in the assigned territory. Appoint, and manage distributors, stockist and retailers. Drive secondary sales through effective planning \& execution. Implement sales promotions, schemes and product launches in the market. Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence. Regularly visit the market to maintain strong relationships with retailers \& beauty advisors. Manage, motivate and guide the sales representatives/beauty advisors. Ensure visibility and availability of products across modern trade \& general trade. Prepare and submit weekly/monthly MIS reports.
*Qualifications \& Skills:** Diploma. **Experience:** 1 to 3 years in Cosmetics sales with Strong distributor \& retailer network knowledge in **Guwahati \& North East** Market.
