Area Sales Manager South(ASM) – Soft Furnishings

• *About the Role:**

Looking for an experienced **Area Sales Manager,** **South,** to drive sales and retail operations in South for our soft furnishings category. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and team management, with a passion for home decor and interiors.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Achieve sales targets and expand market presence
• Manage retail and distributor relationships
• Lead, train, and monitor the regional sales team
• Ensure in\-store product visibility and brand standards
• Conduct market analysis and report trends
• Support promotional activities and customer satisfaction

• *Requirements:**

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing
• 4\+ years of relevant sales experience (home décor/soft furnishings preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Travel within the region

Pay: ₹40,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
