• *Role \& Responsibilities**

As an **AI/ML Engineer**, you will work directly with our team to build advanced **AI Agents** using our **GPU infrastructure**.

Your work will include

• Building and training **AI Calling Agents**
• Applying **AI/ML models** for voice intelligence, NLP, speech recognition \& automation
• Working with **LLMs, AI Agents, and automation workflows**
• Fine\-tuning and optimizing models on our **GPU systems**
• Integrating AI tools for intelligent voice calling experiences
• Researching and implementing the **best AI techniques and tools**

• *Required Skills**

• Strong understanding of **AI/ML concepts**
• Experience with **Python, Machine Learning \& Deep Learning**
• Knowledge of **LLMs, AI Agents, NLP, Speech AI, Voice Bots, or Calling AI**
• Experience using AI tools effectively (“best AI using skills”)
• Familiarity with **GPU\-based training/inference** is a plus
• Problem\-solving mindset \& ability to build innovative solutions
