Job Overview

GothamIP is looking for a skilled and innovative Claude AI Specialist to help us integrate artificial intelligence into our business operations, develop intelligent automation systems, and build AI\-powered solutions using Anthropic's Claude ecosystem.

The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience with Claude AI, Claude Code, prompt engineering, AI agents, workflow automation, and API integrations. You will be responsible for identifying business processes that can be improved through AI and turning those opportunities into reliable, scalable solutions.

We are looking for someone who understands how to make AI work in real\-world business environments, not just someone who uses AI chatbots for basic tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Work extensively with Claude AI and Claude Code to develop AI\-powered applications, tools, and business solutions.

Design, develop, and optimize advanced prompts and system instructions.

Build intelligent AI agents capable of researching, analysing information, reasoning, and completing multi\-step tasks.

Develop automated workflows to reduce repetitive manual work across business departments.

Integrate Claude with third\-party applications, APIs, databases, and internal business systems.

Build AI\-powered assistants capable of handling documents, business data, customer queries, and operational tasks.

Work with AI APIs, tool calling, Model Context Protocol (MCP), and other relevant technologies.

Test, evaluate, and continuously improve AI systems for accuracy, reliability, and performance.

Develop knowledge bases and retrieval systems that allow AI models to work with company\-specific information.

Identify new opportunities to implement AI across accounting, operations, marketing, research, customer service, and administration.

Maintain technical documentation and provide support for deployed AI solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong practical experience with Claude AI and the Anthropic ecosystem.

Hands\-on knowledge of Claude Code and AI\-assisted software development.

Strong understanding of prompt engineering and context management.

Experience building AI agents, automated workflows, and AI\-powered applications.

Knowledge of APIs, JSON, webhooks, and third\-party integrations.

Familiarity with Python or JavaScript/TypeScript.

Understanding of databases, data processing, and knowledge\-base development.

Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and problem\-solving abilities.

Ability to independently research, troubleshoot, and implement technical solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with the Anthropic API.

Knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol).

Experience with tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier, LangChain, or similar automation platforms.

Familiarity with vector databases and Retrieval\-Augmented Generation (RAG).

Experience developing voice\-enabled AI assistants or AI systems capable of processing audio.

Experience deploying AI applications and managing cloud\-based infrastructure.

A portfolio of AI projects, automation systems, or applications you have personally developed.

We want someone who is curious, technically capable, and comfortable experimenting with emerging AI technologies.

The successful candidate should be able to take a business problem, independently research possible solutions, design an approach, build a working system, test it, and continuously improve it.

Practical skills and demonstrated project experience will be valued more than academic qualifications alone.
