*Job Summary**

We are seeking an IT professional with mandatory experience in **IT Asset Management** and **End\-User Support (EUS)**. This onsite role involves managing hardware lifecycles, providing desktop troubleshooting, and delivering premium VIP support for senior stakeholders.

*The role requires expertise in the following areas:**

· End\-User Support (EUS)

· **Asset Management**

· Desktop Support

· VIP Support (as this is an onsite role)

**Asset Management:** Manage the full lifecycle of IT assets, including tracking, allocation, and inventory control (**Mandatory**).
**End\-User \& Desktop Support:** Provide hands\-on hardware and software troubleshooting for laptops, desktops, and peripherals.
**VIP Support:** Deliver high\-priority, white\-glove IT support to executives and senior stakeholders.
**Onsite Operations:** Handle day\-to\-day local IT requests and coordinate with internal teams for rapid issue resolution.

**Asset Management:** Proven knowledge of ITAM processes and inventory tracking tools.
**Technical Support:** Strong background in EUS, desktop support, and OS/hardware troubleshooting.
**VIP Care:** Experience supporting executive\-level users in a professional, fast\-paced onsite environment.
**Soft Skills:** Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
