Job Description

Oversee day\-to\-day branch operations, ensuring compliance with banking policies, audit requirements, and regulatory guidelines.

Lead and mentor branch operations staff, ensuring adherence to service standards and process efficiency.
Coordinate with business, compliance, and support teams to drive seamless branch functioning and enhance customer experience.
*Preferred Candidate Profile**

Graduate/Postgraduate with 4\-8 years of banking operations experience.
Strong understanding of branch operations, regulatory compliance, and audit management.
Proven team handling and stakeholder management skills.
Customer\-centric approach with strong problem\-solving abilities.
Experience in retail branch banking and operational governance preferred
