Assistant Branch Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and customer\-focused Assistant Branch Manager with 2–4 years of experience in the NBFC or Banking sector, preferably in Gold Loan operations. The candidate will support the Branch Manager in driving business growth, managing branch operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering exceptional customer service while achieving business targets.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development

• Drive Gold Loan business by acquiring new customers and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
• Achieve monthly and annual business, revenue, and profitability targets.
• Generate leads through local marketing activities, referrals, and customer engagement.
• Cross\-sell financial products such as insurance, deposits, and other loan products where applicable.

Branch Operations

• Assist the Branch Manager in managing daily branch operations efficiently.
• Ensure smooth processing of Gold Loan applications, renewals, releases, and settlements.
• Monitor branch cash management and operational controls.
• Maintain high service standards to ensure customer satisfaction.

Gold Loan Operations

• Verify and evaluate pledged gold ornaments in accordance with company policies.
• Ensure accurate documentation, valuation, and disbursement of Gold Loans.
• Monitor loan portfolio quality, overdue accounts, and collections.
• Ensure safe handling, storage, and security of pledged gold.

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹28,000\.00 per month
