Job Overview
The Assistant Brand Manager will support the marketing and brand team in planning and executing campaigns across the Ageless Group. The role requires a highly organized, detail\-oriented professional who can coordinate with internal teams, agencies and vendors to ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives.
The ideal candidate should have strong project management skills, excellent communication, and a passion for building premium healthcare and beauty brands.
Key ResponsibilitiesBrand \& Content Management
- Coordinate the creation of marketing collateral including brochures, blogs, emailers, website content and clinic communication.
- Ensure all content follows brand guidelines and maintains a premium brand tone.
- Manage the marketing content calendar and coordinate with agencies and internal stakeholders.
- Assist in proof\-reading and quality checks before publishing.
Social Media \& Digital Marketing
- Coordinate monthly social media calendars with agencies.
- Ensure timely execution of shoots, reels, creatives and campaigns.
- Monitor engagement, website traffic and campaign performance.
- Support influencer collaborations and ORM activities.
Campaign Execution
- Execute digital and offline marketing campaigns across clinics and business verticals.
- Coordinate launch activities for new products, treatments and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure marketing materials reach clinics on time.
- Track campaign performance and prepare post\-campaign reports.
Brand \& Marketing Operations
- Maintain consistency across all marketing assets.
- Coordinate website updates and marketing collateral.
- Support product launches, events, workshops and exhibitions.
- Maintain marketing trackers, budgets and vendor documentation.
Market Research
- Track competitor campaigns, product launches and pricing.
- Monitor consumer trends within dermatology and aesthetics.
- Prepare regular market research and competitor reports.
Vendor \& Cross\-functional Coordination
- Coordinate with creative agencies, digital partners, photographers, printers and influencers.
- Work closely with doctors, clinic teams, sales, operations and leadership.
- Track timelines and follow up to ensure on\-time delivery of marketing activities.
Preferred Experience
- 2–5 years in Brand Marketing, Product Marketing or Digital Marketing.
- Experience in skincare, beauty, wellness, healthcare, FMCG or consumer brands preferred.
- Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Good understanding of social media and digital marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Comfortable working with agencies and multiple stakeholders.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and project tracking tools.
Pay: ₹900,000\.00 \- ₹1,080,000\.00 per year
