We are looking for an experienced and people\-oriented Assistant Manager – HR to support our growing team in Chennai. This role will primarily focus on Non\-IT hiring (30%) along with managing employee relations, engagement initiatives, and employee lifecycle activities. The ideal candidate should be approachable, proactive, and capable of balancing business needs with employee experience.
- Handle end\-to\-end Non\-IT recruitment and hiring activities
- Manage employee concerns, grievances, and workplace queries with empathy and professionalism
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and culture\-building activities
- Oversee employee lifecycle management including onboarding, confirmations, transfers, and exit formalities
- Partner with managers for workforce planning and hiring requirements
- Maintain HR records, documentation, and employee data accurately
- Support performance management and policy implementation
- Ensure smooth HR operations and employee experience across departments
- Around 10 years of HR experience, preferably in generalist and recruitment roles
- Strong experience in Non\-IT hiring
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle employee concerns with maturity and confidentiality
- Comfortable working in a fast\-paced work environment
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools/systems is preferred
Pay: ₹35,000\.00 \- ₹37,000\.00 per month
