We are seeking an experienced and proactive **Assistant** **HR Manager** to oversee and manage all aspects of Human Resources operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, policy implementation, performance management, and social compliance audit management. This role requires strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and in\-depth knowledge of labor laws and compliance standards to ensure a productive, ethical, and compliant workplace.
- *Key Roles \& Responsibilities**
- *1\. HR Operations Management**
- Manage day\-to\-day HR functions and ensure smooth department operations.
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures aligned with company objectives.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of employee information.
- *2\. Recruitment \& Talent Acquisition**
- Manage end\-to\-end recruitment process including manpower planning, sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Coordinate induction and orientation programs for new employees.
- Develop strategies for employee retention and workforce planning.
- *3\. Employee Relations \& Engagement**
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, counseling, and conflict resolution.
- Foster positive employee relations and maintain a healthy work culture.
- Organize employee engagement activities and welfare initiatives.
- Ensure effective communication between management and employees.
- *4\. Performance Management \& Training**
- Administer performance appraisal systems and employee evaluations.
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs.
- Support career development and succession planning initiatives.
- *5\. Payroll \& Compensation Coordination**
- Coordinate attendance, leave, and payroll inputs with the Accounts/Finance department.
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
- Manage employee benefits, reimbursements, and compensation records.
- *6\. Statutory Compliance \& Legal Management**
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, factory regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Monitor compliance related to PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, Leave, Minimum Wages, and other labor legislation.
- Prepare and maintain statutory registers, reports, and documentation.
- Coordinate inspections and manage compliance\-related queries.
- *7\. Social Compliance \& Audit Management**
- Lead preparation and execution of social compliance audits including:
- **SEDEX**
- **WRAP**
- **GRS**
- **OEKO\-TEX**
- Buyer\-specific compliance audits
- Ensure company policies and practices meet ethical sourcing and buyer code of conduct requirements.
- Maintain audit documentation and records.
- Coordinate with auditors, buyers, and internal departments during audits.
- Prepare and implement Corrective Action Plans (CAPA) for audit observations.
- *8\. Reporting \& Strategic HR Support**
- Prepare regular HR reports and dashboards for management review.
- Analyze workforce data and recommend improvements.

Pay: ₹35,000\.00 \- ₹45,000\.00 per month
