*HR Operations \& Workforce Logistics**: Oversee daily operations including attendance tracking, shift planning for plant or field staff, and employee record updates. Handle payroll inputs and coordinate with the finance team for timely salary processing.
*Required Qualifications:\-**MBA or Post Graduate Diploma (PGDM) in Human Resources, Social Work (MSW), or a related discipline.
*Statutory Compliance \& Labor Laws**: Ensure strict compliance with regional labor laws, factory regulations, and contract worker statutes. Manage documentation for employee benefits like Provident Fund (PF), ESIC, and group medical insurance policies.
*Performance Management**: Support department heads through annual and project\-based performance evaluation processes, tracking employee key performance indicators.
