Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from manpower requisition to onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and coordinate hiring processes.
Manage offer negotiations, compensation discussions, and onboarding activities.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Drive employer branding and talent acquisition initiatives.
Monitor recruitment metrics and prepare hiring reports and dashboards.
Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to support organizational growth.
Continuously improve recruitment processes and ensure compliance with company policies.
Exposure to Global/International Recruitment
Experience working with international stakeholders and recruitment partners
Understanding of overseas hiring practices and recruitment compliance
Strong expertise in Recruitment \& Talent Acquisition
Excellent sourcing and candidate assessment skills
Hands\-on experience with LinkedIn, job portals, and social recruiting
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Excellent negotiation and relationship\-building abilities
Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously
Knowledge of ATS and recruitment analytics
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage
Minimum 5 years of hands\-on recruitment experience
Proven success in closing positions within defined timelines
Strong networking and talent mapping capabilities
Self\-motivated, result\-oriented, and able to work independently
Experience hiring across multiple functions and levels

Pay: ₹50,000\.00 \- ₹65,000\.00 per month
