We are seeking a versatile Assistant HR Manager with 7 to 9 years of experience in both recruitment and HR operations. This generalist role will support the full spectrum of HR functions, from talent acquisition to operational efficiency, ensuring seamless HR processes and a positive employee experience.
\* Manage end\-to\-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.
\* Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
\* Oversee HR operations, including employee records.
\* Drive employee engagement initiatives and support performance management processes.
\* Partner with business leaders to identify operational efficiencies and organizational needs.
\* 6 to 9 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on both recruitment and HR operations.
\* Hands\-on experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR operations.
\* Solid understanding of labor laws, compliance, and best HR practices.
\* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
\* Ability to balance strategic thinking with day\-to\-day operational efficiency.
