We are looking for a qualified and client\-focused Assistant Manager to manage a portfolio of international clients and support the delivery of high\-quality accounting, reporting, and advisory services. The role requires strong technical accounting expertise, team management capabilities, and the ability to build trusted relationships with clients.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing end\-to\-end accounting engagements, reviewing team deliverables, and supporting growing businesses with financial reporting and strategic projects.

### **Client Portfolio Management**
- Manage a portfolio of clients and ensure timely completion of accounting and reporting deliverables.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Provide financial insights and guidance to support client business objectives.
- Ensure exceptional client service and stakeholder satisfaction.
### **Accounting \& Financial Reporting**
- Oversee bookkeeping and accounting activities, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, bank reconciliations, and month\-end close.
- Review and finalize financial statements and management accounts.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and reporting requirements.
- Support month\-end and year\-end financial close processes.
### **Team Management \& Review**
- Review work completed by Associates and Senior Associates.
- Provide guidance, training, and mentoring to team members.
- Allocate work effectively and monitor team performance.
- Ensure quality control and accuracy across client engagements.
### **Advisory \& Strategic Projects**
- Prepare management reports and investor reporting packs.
- Support financial modelling, forecasting, budgeting, and business planning assignments.
- Assist clients with fundraising activities, due diligence, and M\&A\-related projects.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and implementation of best practices.
### **Process \& Operational Excellence**
- Design and implement customized accounting processes for clients.
- Drive efficiencies through automation and technology adoption.
- Maintain documentation and operational controls across engagements.
- *Required Qualifications**

- Qualified CA or ACCA.
- 5–6 years of experience in Accounting, Financial Reporting, Client Accounting Services, or Outsourced Accounting.
- Experience managing client portfolios independently.
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping, month\-end close, and financial reporting processes.
- Experience reviewing and supervising team deliverables.
