Assistant Manager Accounts

• *Job Title:** Assistant Manager Accounts (CA)

• *Reporting to**: Finance Manager

• *Job Description**

• Ensure timely and accurately closure of books of accounts monthly, Quarterly and annually which are in line with Indian Accounting Standards \& IFRS.
• Liasioning with accounting firm, auditors, and other consultants
• Deliver timely and high\-quality month end management accounts including a KPI pack and Presentations.
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
• Maintain proper financial records along with necessary supporting documents.
• Preparation of Bank Reconciliation, Vendor Reconciliation and Customer Reconciliation \& Inter\- Company Reconciliations as per the timelines of the management.
• Analyse and reconcile all key balance sheet accounts for month\-end closing

• Preparation of Monthly reporting and MIS.

• Support in Budget preparation and Cash flow forecasting.

• Support year end audit process and financial accounting work

• Ensure compliance with the company's financial policies, rules and regulations

• Backup support within team and perform other duties as assigned by the Manager

• *Job Specification**

• Chartered Accountant (Must) with minimum 2\-5 years’ experience with a Finance role

• Strong technical knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards and IFRS

• Ability to prepare, analyse and interpret financial information

• Excellent communication and Interpersonal Skills

• Experience of working in SAP \-B1, SAP S4/HANA

• Good knowledge of computer \- Windows and Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
