We are looking for a motivated and detail\-oriented Assistant Manager – Finance \& Accounts to support and execute day\-to\-day financial and accounting operations at EXPORA. This is a hands\-on role suited for a Chartered Accountant with 1–2 years of experience who is eager to learn, take ownership, and grow within a fast\-paced global trade business.
The individual will work closely with senior leadership and the finance team to understand business processes, financial operations, and compliance requirements
The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting fundamentals, analytical thinking, problem\-solving ability, and a willingness to work across multiple aspects of finance including accounting, banking, compliance, reporting, and working capital management. Prior exposure to Zoho, Tally, and advanced Excel functions is preferred.
- Support and execute day\-to\-day accounting and finance operations including receivables, payables, bank reconciliations, and cash flow tracking.
- Prepare working capital reports, MIS reports, and financial summaries for internal review and management decision\-making.
- Assist in monitoring cash flow positions and tracking customer collections and vendor payments to ensure smooth business operations.
- Coordinate with banks for routine banking activities, documentation, trade finance requirements, and operational support.
- Work on maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring timely accounting entries in Zoho, Tally, and related systems.
- Support statutory compliance activities including GST, TDS, income tax, audits, and other regulatory requirements by coordinating with internal teams and external consultants.
- Assist in preparation and submission of financial data and documents required by auditors, banks, and statutory authorities.
- Help maintain financial dashboards, trackers, and reports with high accuracy and timely updates.
- Work closely with cross\-functional teams including operations, procurement, sales, and logistics to ensure financial processes are streamlined and properly followed.
- Support import/export finance operations including international payments, LC documentation, foreign remittances, and trade\-related financial processes.
- *QualificationsEducation**
- Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, audit, or related functions
- *Skills \& Requirements**
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
- Good analytical and problem\-solving skills
- Hands\-on working knowledge of Zoho, Tally, and Microsoft Excel
- Comfortable working with large datasets, reports, and reconciliations
- High attention to detail and process orientation
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast\-paced business environment
- Prior exposure to import/export or trading business finance operations is an added advantage
Pay: ₹1,000,000\.00 \- ₹1,200,000\.00 per year
