Assistant Manager - Accounts & Finance

The Assistant Manager – Accounts \& Finance will be responsible for managing day\-to\-day accounting operations, financial reporting, statutory compliance, taxation, budgeting, and coordination with auditors. The role requires ensuring accurate financial records, timely MIS reporting, and adherence to applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• *Accounts Payable \& Receivable**

• Review and process vendor payments and employee reimbursements.
• Monitor customer collections, outstanding receivables, and follow\-up mechanisms.
• Ensure timely reconciliation of customer and vendor accounts.
• RERA Compliances \& working (Form 3, Form 5\)

• *Taxation \& Statutory Compliance**

• Handle GST, TDS, Professional Tax, and other statutory compliances.
• Ensure timely filing of GST returns, TDS returns, and statutory payments.
• Coordinate with consultants and authorities regarding assessments and notices.
• Maintain proper documentation and records for statutory audits.

• *Budgeting \& MIS**

• Prepare periodic MIS reports for management review.

• *Audit \& Internal Controls**

• Lead and coordinate **Internal, Statutory, Tax, GST, and Project Audits** across the organization.
• Strengthen financial controls and ensure compliance with SOPs.
• Identify areas of process improvement and cost optimization.
• Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure timely recording of financial transactions.
• Prepare annual financial statements.
• Monitor General Ledger, Trial Balance, and account reconciliations

• *Banking \& Treasury Management**

• Manage banking transactions and reconciliations.
• Monitor fund flow and cash flow requirements.
• Coordinate with banks for loans, guarantees, and other financial arrangements.
• **Software Knowledge**
• Tally ERPFarvision
• **Required Qualifications**
• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com).
• CA Inter / MBA Finance / M.Com preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, GST, TDS, and financial regulations.

Pay: ₹550,000\.00 \- ₹700,000\.00 per year
