ABHIMANYA DOORS is looking for a dynamic and result\-oriented **Assistant Manager – Business Development** for the Bangalore region. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market presence, developing dealer and project networks, and maintaining strong client relationships in the assigned territory.
The ideal candidate should possess strong business development capabilities, market knowledge, leadership qualities, and the ability to independently handle client acquisition and project coordination.
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field
· 2–5 years of experience in Business Development / Sales, preferably in building materials, interiors, plywood, laminates, doors, hardware, or construction\-related industries
· Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
· Ability to generate leads and convert business opportunities
· Experience in handling dealers, distributors, architects, builders, contractors, and institutional clients
· Self\-motivated and target\-oriented approach
· Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Kannada
· Good knowledge of the Bangalore market and surrounding regions
· Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
· Must possess a valid driving/bike license
· Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Bangalore market
· Build strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, interior designers, dealers, and channel partners
· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
· Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
· Manage project inquiries, quotations, negotiations, and order closures
· Coordinate with internal departments for smooth execution of orders and project deliveries
· Expand dealer/distributor network and strengthen channel sales
· Maintain regular follow\-ups with clients and ensure customer satisfaction
· Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports, pipeline reports, and forecasts
· Represent the company in client meetings, exhibitions, and business events
